Efficient assembly
Web presentation of the assembly planning generated a great deal of interest
On February 25, Ismet Bosnjakovic (Klaes Area Sales) presented the latest version of Klaes assembly planning in a web presentation. The aim of this digital solution is to replace Excel or Outlook as assembly planning so that the integrated, efficient and transparent overall solution simplifies and optimizes the often hectic daily business of “assembly” in the long term.
- Flexible scheduling and rescheduling
Manage vacations, public holidays, working hours and absences centrally - Live order entry
Transfer orders with appointments, GPS data and notes directly into planning - Optimized resource allocation
Schedule fitters, vehicles and tools efficiently - Automatic availability check
Unavailable resources are hidden to avoid errors - Transparent fitter overview
All important information such as GPS coordinates, delivery addresses and required tools at a glance - Filter functions and master data concept
Individual customization for better structuring
In the live demo, Ismet Bosnjakovic showed how orders are recorded and entered into the calendar, with fitters and resources being assigned automatically. Functions such as error detection in the event of overlapping appointments, the management of notes and attachments and the flexible adjustment of resources were also demonstrated.
The presentation ended with a look into the near future of Klaes assembly planning. The next development steps are a mobile app for fitters and the direct integration of Klaes time management in order to make the entire assembly process even more efficient.
Klaes assembly planning is an optimal solution for planning assembly processes, it significantly reduces error rates and thus also facilitates the daily work of the assembly teams. See for yourself!
